What do we need to tell Community Partners?
Each year, we ask every project leader to submit an Annual Project Report. This is an essential part of our commitment to fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Community Partners also uses the information you provide in your Annual Project Report to ensure that your project has adequate insurance to cover your activities. The Annual Project Report serves as a valuable tool for both Community Partners and the projects we support, allowing us to track progress, celebrate successes, and identify areas where we can provide additional support.
While you might feel that your project has been inactive or that you have not made as much progress as anticipated, it is crucial to submit your report. We understand that the journey of building and sustaining a project can have ups and downs, and we are here to support you in all stages of the process. The report helps us better understand the challenges you're facing and ensures we can work with you to overcome them.
We trust you and believe in the impact of your work. We view the Annual Project Report not just as a reporting tool, but as an opportunity for you to reflect on the growth of your project and the lessons learned.
Where can we find information and forms?
Community Partners’ website includes an online portal for project staff, where you can access resources and tools to help manage your project. The portal has forms to add and change pay rates for staff, access to download deposit forms, request in-kind contribution acknowledgments, reserve space for meetings, access our purchasing programs, and much more. To access the portal, you can login here. You can request the username and password by emailing askus@communitypartners.zendesk.com.
How do we find out what's going on - and how do we share our news?
We want to keep you updated with important administrative news, grant opportunities, upcoming trainings and workshops, and other valuable resources. Community Partners sends out a bi-monthly newsletter to project leaders. This is a great source of information to help you stay connected with the broader community of projects and partners.
We also encourage you to share your own success stories with us. Whether it’s a grant award, media coverage, research findings, or a milestone achievement, we would love to celebrate your wins and keep the broader community informed.
To share your news, email news@CommunityPartners.org. We believe in the power of storytelling and want to highlight the work of all the amazing projects we support.
