As a project of Community Partners, you have access to teams who can assist you in managing your project. For most things, your primary contact at Community Partners is your Client Services Administrator. As needed, the client services team may refer you to other team members. The client services team can help you with cash flow analysis, forecasting, and budget reviews.
For any grant related questions or issues, your Grant Administrator can help you with submitting grant applications, signing grant agreements, and monitoring active grants.
Identifying Your Client Services and Grant Administrators
You can identify your assigned Client Services Administrator, along with your assigned grant administrator on your NetSuite homepage.
There is a portlet at the top of your home page titled "Your CP Administrators" which details your admin's name and email for you to contact them. Your admins will reach out to your periodically to check in on your budget, grant deadlines, and other items. However, please feel free to reach out to them if you have any questions.
The Program Team
You also have access to program team members who can help you develop strategies for your project's growth and development and can also help you get the most out of your relationship with Community Partners.
Departmental Duties at Community Partners
The functional duties of Community Partners’ staff fall within the following departments:
- Program staff provide advice and counsel on: strategic planning, advisory board, budget, resource (including fundraising and grant proposal writing), program development, implementation and evaluation, communications, training, staff management, and new project inquiries.
- Client services and Grant administration staff provide advice on and services for: revenues, expenses, cash flow, grant budget review, contracts (grant agreements, independent contractors, space and equipment lease or rental, utility contracts, compliance related to fundraising and special events, online donation systems, risk management, and insurance).
- HR staff provide advice and services for: employee hiring, supervision, talent management, payroll, benefits, fingerprinting, volunteer management, terminations, and layoffs.
