American Express Global Business Travel is a booking tool that allows project leaders and their designated assistant project leaders the option to book and save on airfare, lodging, and car rentals.
Bookings will be billed directly to Community Partners and charges will be allocated to your project on a monthly basis.
The benefits of the program include, but are not limited to:
- No more out-of-pocket expenses or check requests for reimbursement
- Discounts ranging from 5%-20% off best available hotel rates in 180 countries and more than 7,600 cities
- Possible lower airfares than other online booking sites
- Exclusive discounts with National/Enterprise car rental company
- Price adjustments on airfare if you find a lower price on other booking sites
- Unused ticket management, which can help recover funds from unused tickets and reminders for upcoming travel on non-refundable tickets.
- 24/7 customer support
There is a $9 online booking fee for air travel only. No fees apply for online hotel or car bookings. Additional charges will apply if you use the concierge booking service.
