Yes! Community Partners staff does not identify funders or solicit funds on behalf of projects, but we can provide helpful counsel to help you take on these activities more effectively.
In order for a project to grow and develop, you must learn how to research and pursue appropriate funders; understand and comply with donor requirements; operate within local, state, and federal charitable contribution laws; and develop fundraising activities that “fit” the special characteristics of your project.
Contact askus@communitypartners.zendesk.com to be connected with a programs team member. Schedule time to work through fundraising and resource development challenges and to build effective strategies. Program team members also assist in assessing prospective gifts to assure that they can be legally accepted and won't create problems for your project or for Community Partners. Donors should consult their own legal and tax advisers for the specifics of tax-deductibility.
