What are the policies for soliciting donations in Los Angeles?

If you are soliciting donations in the City of Los Angeles, make sure you do the following:

1. Familiarize yourself with the procedures and standards for charitable solicitations in the City of Los Angeles (attached to this article).
   
   
2. Complete the "Notice of Intention to Solicit Charitable Donations" form. After you complete that, email it to [e-mail]. An example of the completed form is attached to this article.
   
   
3. After the solicitation is complete and you've received all your donations, you must complete a "Report of Results of Activity" form. Please complete this form and send it to [e-mail] for a signature from Community Partners. An example of the completed form is attached to this article.
