Can we receive donation pledges?

In the course of fundraising, you may receive commitments from donors prior to receiving the funds. If you would like to document these promises as pledges, please follow these steps:

1. Paste the attached template onto your project letterhead
   
   
2. Have the donor sign and complete the pledge form. Official pledges are legally enforceable and must be treated as a financial asset of your project
   
   
3. Send the signed pledge form to [e-mail]
   
   
4. Once the pledge form is received, Community Partners may be able to advance the funds to your project on a case-by-case basis. When funds can be made available to your project will depend upon the specifics of the pledge
