Congratulations! Your project received a grant! What's next?
When your project receives grants or funds, the funder often requires the “recipient organization” to sign a grant agreement or contract. Community Partners, as the legal sponsor of all projects, must sign all such agreements. Please send all grant contracts for signature review to CEO & President, Alicia Lara at alicia.lara@communitypartners.org.
Additionally, periodic reports are often required as a stipulation of a grant agreement. Please submit a copy of all such funder reports to the fund and award administration team before submitting them to the funder so that the appropriate signatures are included.
Though Community Partners signs grant agreements and contracts, the Project Leader and staff have the responsibility of meeting the grant objectives and reporting requirements outlined in the agreements.
