What is the conflict of interest policy?

Community Partners employees (which includes all Project Leaders and project staff) may
not provide benefits to or enrich for-profit entities. For example, the staff or volunteers of a
project providing services to clients with mental illness may not use project activities to solicit clients for their own private counseling practices.

Outside of wages and compensation for work performed, it is a conflict of interest for you, other project employees or volunteers, Project Advisory Board members, or members of your immediate family to receive benefits, or appear to receive benefits, from transactions or activities of your project.
