Community Partners employees (which includes all Project Leaders and project staff) may
not provide benefits to or enrich for-profit entities. For example, the staff or volunteers of a
project providing services to clients with mental illness may not use project activities to solicit clients for their own private counseling practices.
Outside of wages and compensation for work performed, it is a conflict of interest for you, other project employees or volunteers, Project Advisory Board members, or members of your immediate family to receive benefits, or appear to receive benefits, from transactions or activities of your project.
There are many possible situations that could result in a conflict of interest, and you must always disclose these conflicts. Please refer to the complete Community Partners Conflict of Interest Policy. Contact the programs team if you have questions about possible or perceived conflicts of interest.
