There are three reports your project should be familiar with - two are required of all projects.
Insurance and lobbying report - required one time
The insurance report is due immediately after your project is approved by our Board of Directors and after your project has signed the Project Sponsorship Agreement. We will email you a link to this report. The completion of this report is crucial to ensuring adequate insurance coverage for your project. Please submit it immediately once you receive it. Submission of this report is only required once when your project is new to Community Partners.
Annual Project Report - required annually
The Annual Project Report is due each year at the close of the fiscal year (June 30th). We will email you a link to this report in the spring and you will have a few months to complete it. The completion of this report is crucial to ensuring continued adequate insurance coverage for your project. It also helps in updating the Board of Directors on your programmatic activities. The submission of this report is required on an annual basis. Failure to submit this report by the due date may result in a hold on your check requests.
Lobbying report - on a case by case basis quarterly and annually
If your project is advocating for policy and systems change and you are not sure if it is lobbying, please contact our Insurance team at insurance@CommunityPartners.org. Community Partners files lobbying reports on a quarterly and annual basis and will send you a brief report to complete.
