If your project involves higher-risk activities, such as an afterschool program, summer camp, theater project, or professional counseling, you are charged an additional insurance fee (generally ranging from $200-$1000 annually) depending on the type of activity and number of participants.
The fee is typically charged in the spring based on projected activity submitted in the most recent insurance report. You should contact insurance@CommunityPartners.org if there are significant additions or changes in your project activities throughout the year. Some activities and events may be assessed at the time of the event if an additional premium is required.
