Community Partners provides projects with general liability insurance, which protects employees and volunteers, as well as general project activities. This coverage is provided as part of the general administrative charge. Please make sure to complete the insurance and lobbying report at the time your project is approved and during the annual insurance renewal period. You will be notified at both of these times that the report is due. Please note: Any projects that do not complete the insurance and lobbying report will be minimally covered under Community Partners' insurance policies. In order to have complete and accurate coverage, each project must submit the report detailing their individual insurance needs.
Additional coverage for special activities, events, social service liability, sexual misconduct coverage, and project property are subject to additional fees, and are dependent upon each project's unique situation. If your activities change during the year, please alert the insurance team at insurance@CommunityPartners.org.
If you have questions about health insurance, please review the Employees and Contractors section in the Human Resources category of the project handbook.
