We want to hear from projects! Keeping Community Partners informed helps requests be processed on time, gives Community Partners time to connect projects with resources, allows Community Partners to audit projects for any potential risks and to cheer projects on!
Monthly
- Review project's General Ledgers and submit reclassifications prior to monthly close.
Community Partners requires 20 business days
- Submit public sector invoice requests to Community Partners and provide timely answers to requests for information from the invoicing team (If a project creates their own invoices, they must be submitted to Community Partners for review, approval, and signature. Projects may not sign their own invoices.)
Community Partners requires 10-15 business days
- Submit insurance requests as required for grants, contracts and special events/activities 10-15 business days in advance.
- Community Partners can create unique financial reports outside of standard financial statements. Projects are expected to share in the responsibility of creating those reports. Community Partners cannot guarantee to meet every ad hoc report request.
- Request Certificates of Good Standing 10-15 business days in advance.
Community Partners requires 5 business days
- Project must prepare and submit grant applications and budgets to Community Partners in advance for review prior to submission to a funder.
- For grants with single EIN limitations, please inform Community Partners immediately of a project's intent to apply. Submit documents 5 business days in advance of the deadline for inclusion in joint funding application.
- When Community Partners is required to submit a report on the projects behalf (e.g. federal reports), - please submit materials 5 business days prior to due date.
Community Partners requires projects to respond within 2 business days
- Projects must respond to Community Partners’ requests relating to the annual audit (including requests for supporting documentation) by the requested deadline, typically a 2 business day deadline.
