What are Community Partners' responsibilities for pre-award grants?

Working on a grant proposal ahead of time makes for a successful application. Community Partners will assist with the following for grant applications:

• Community Partners will route and complete forms requiring signature.
• Community Partners will provide supplementary documentation not available on the project portal (e.g., board demographic data, board resolutions)
• Community Partners will provide EFT (electronic fund transfer) banking information if part of application.

For Federal Grants:

• Community Partners will manage multiple systems/portals; retain ownership of systems; coordinate application completion, data entry, and confirm accuracy.
• For grants with single EIN limitations, Community Partners will coordinate with projects to collect and compile information and narratives for joint funding application.
