Once an award is received, Community Partners will:
- Review revenue agreements and parent agreements, if applicable.
- Complete Community Partners-related supplementary forms as part of the award package, if applicable.
- Process awards for signature.
- Enter and maintain grant-related data in Community Partners grants management system.
- Community Partners will ensure internal procedures and policies are consistent with agreement terms to ensure compliance.

Coordinate monitoring responses.

Help ensure timeliness of reporting by sending project report reminders.
Please note: When Community Partners is required to submit a report on the projects behalf (e.g. federal reports), - please submit materials 5 business days prior to due date.
