Community Partners is responsible for the following:
Insurance
- Managing all insurance requests for projects and funders
- Allocating insurance fees to projects monthly
- Managing insurance renewal on a yearly basis
Lobbying
- Consolidating all lobbying activities for projects and file appropriate reports
Nonprofit compliance
- Assisting projects with ensuring compliance with funder fundraising restrictions
- Managing governance and compliance issues related to federal and state laws and regulations
- Assisting projects with preparing and submitting liquor licenses
- Ordering Certificates of Good Standing
- Renewing business licenses (approx. 13 city/state business licenses including submission of yearly applications)
- Filing for Business Tax Exemptions
