Community Partners is responsible for the following:
- Community Partners creates and manages all personnel policies (see the Employee Handbook)
- Community Partners processes all new hires and terminations. For new hire, CP will provide onboarding for CP interfacing systems/processes.
- Human resources team is available for advice and counsel on:
- employee performance evaluation,
- difficult conversations with an employee,
- terminations,
- recruiting and job descriptions, and
- wages and compensation structure
- Payroll administration
- Benefits administration and group plans for project-paid health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance
- 403(b) retirement program
- Health and dependent care flex spending accounts
