What are Community Partners' responsibilities for human resources?

Community Partners is responsible for the following:

• Community Partners creates and manages all personnel policies (see the Employee Handbook) 
• Community Partners processes all new hires and terminations. For new hire, CP will provide onboarding for CP interfacing systems/processes.
• Human resources team is available for advice and counsel on:
  • employee performance evaluation,
  • difficult conversations with an employee,
  • terminations,
  • recruiting and job descriptions, and
  • wages and compensation structure 
• Payroll administration 
• Benefits administration and group plans for project-paid health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance 
• 403(b) retirement program 
• Health and dependent care flex spending accounts
