Projects are responsible for:
- Recruiting an active advisory board to help guide strategic planning, program development, resource development, staffing leadership development and financial management of the project
- Meeting regularly with the advisory board so that advisors can provide counsel and oversight of project programmatic and administrative activities, subject to the ultimate direction of the Community Partners Board of Directors
- Providing Community Partners a roster of active advisory board members
- The support and administration of all systems and products used by the project
- Engaging an outside financial consultant for financial planning services outside of scope of financial services Community Partners provides
- Obtaining recruitment services if needed for hiring project staff

Completing the Annual Project Report (Don’t worry, reminders and forms will be provided!). This report helps us track your project’s evolution and gives us all the info we need to aid in reviewing your grant proposals, talking you up to funders and connecting you with resources

Completing and sign year-end letters acknowledging financial activities accomplished over the previous year

Notifying Community Partners staff of potential risks or liability issues (pending layoffs or terminations, accidents or injuries, large events, long-distance travel by project participants, etc.)

Including Community Partners’ logo on all public materials such as web sites and brochures

Reviewing and following the policies and procedures outlined in Community Partners’ Project Handbook and Employee Handbook.
