Watch this video to learn how to set up your Community Partners' NetSuite account.
You can also follow these steps to login to NetSuite. You will only need to complete these steps one time. If you need any assistance with logging in, please contact the financial services team.
Step 1: Go to Netsuite.com
Step 2: Login with the username and password provided by Community Partners.
Step 3: Complete the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) Requirements
You'll receive a 6 digit verification code in your email that will need to be entered into this screen.
After you enter in the code, you'll be prompted to change your password. You'll then proceed to the Security setup screen. Click Next OR Skip to NetSuite (if you do this you'll only have 5 attempts before you are required to set up 2FA.
You will need to download an authenticator app on your cell phone. If you do not have one, Community Partners preferred authenticator app is Microsoft Authenticator.
Once you have the Authenticator app set up on your phone, scan the QR code on the next screen.
Lastly, set up your security questions.
