Projects are responsible for paying for most of the costs for their employees' benefits.
Projects cover the premium amount for employees' medical coverage, up to the maximum HMO cost for medical and dental. For example, if the HMO plan currently offered is $700 per month and an employee elects a PPO plan that is $1,000 per month, the project would be responsible for covering $700 of the PPO and the employee would be responsible for the remaining $300.
To estimate the cost of the benefits, use the attached employee benefits calculator. If you'd like to know the current actual cost to the project and/or the employee of the following benefits, please contact hr@CommunityPartners.org.
