Community Partners relies on projects to recruit, vet, and train volunteers. It is the project responsibility to onboard volunteers. It is a best practice to have a list of all your active volunteers and an inactive list. Volunteers are to fill out and sign the Volunteer Information Form and Agreement. If they are under the age of 18, they will need to also submit the Community Partners Parental Waiver Form. If the project works with a vulnerable population, all you volunteers must be Live Scanned.
