Certify is a cloud-based travel and expense report management software. Community Partners uses Certify to enable projects to easily request payments online. It allows you to upload back-up documentation (receipts, invoices, quotes, etc.) through the mobile app, email, and directly from your computer. You can use it to:
- Store receipts via email, text, fax, and direct upload
- Capture receipts and submit requests via mobile app
- Track approvals
- Track report submissions in real time
- Request reimbursements and payments to third-party vendors
- Request cash advances and to close out cash advances
- Request petty cash and to replenish petty cash
- Submit American Express receipts
- Approve expense reports
The homepage in Certify is your dashboard. You can store receipts in "My Certify Wallet" for later use. You can create new reports, store drafts, and track submitted reports in "My Expense Reports." You can view your requests that are waiting to be approved in "Approval Requests." You can add receipts to your wallet via mobile app, email, and upload in "Add Receipts."
