We kindly ask each Project Leader to submit an Annual Project Report once a year. This simple but important tool helps you reflect on your project’s activities over the past year and set goals for what’s ahead. It also helps us make sure your project has the right insurance coverage for everything you do.
When it’s time to complete your report, we’ll send you a link to the form—no need to remember on your own!
Even if your project has been a bit quieter or progress has been slower than expected (which is completely okay!), submitting your Annual Project Report is still essential. Knowing where things stand allows us to better support you and your work, and to ensure you're fully covered.
A quick note: Completing the Annual Project Report is required to keep your project active and properly insured. If the report isn’t submitted, we may need to pause activity for your project until it’s received.
