Through Community Partners' partnerships with Dell and CDW Direct, projects have access to negotiated pricing for tech purchases, including computers and software.
In an effort to simplify the ordering process, Project Leaders can email requests to the purchasing team at purchasing@CommunityPartners.org. Once your request is received, Community Partners will obtain a quote from the vendors. The quote will then be forwarded to the Project Leader for approval before the order is placed.
Benefits of the program include but are not limited to:
- Product discounts – items purchased through the partners may be discounted compared to a retail/online store.
Example: A Microsoft Office 2016 software license will be as low as $50-$65 (depending on which version you select).
- Reduced out-of-pocket expenses – charges will be billed to Community Partners and in turn, costs will be allocated to your project.
- Less administrative work – No check requests will be required.
