Projects occasionally are able to log into the remote desktop via GoGlobal, but when they try to log into Accufund, nothing happens.
Sometimes, Accufund opens up a window so small, it creates the effect that you were unsuccessful in logging on properly. To prevent this, please see the following steps:
- A method to ensure you find the window that opens when you log on to Accufund is to hover your cursor over the “GoGlobal” icon at the bottom of your desktop, or where your taskbar is located.
- Right-click the window titled “Accufund” and click on Maximize.
