As a manager, you are responsible for reviewing and approving requests from those you supervise. Emailed or verbal requests for time off are not considered official. All time off requests should be handled through Paylocity.
- Each employee must log in to Paylocity and submit a "Time Off Request" through the "Time Off" section
- Once the employee submits the request, an automated email is sent to the manager to alert them to review and approve/deny the request
- In Paylocity, the manager can select the employee and review the "Time Off Request" in the admin panel of the "Time and Labor" tab
- The manager can then approve or deny the request
