How many user accounts can my project have in NetSuite?
Each project leader will be assigned a "CP – Project Specific Authorized User" role. The project can choose any user type for the second and third user accounts provided by Community Partners.
If you want more than three users, there may be an additional monthly licensing fee charged to your project. Please contact the Financial Services Administrator through a task in NetSuite if you have questions about adding additional users.
How do I change or add a new user in NetSuite?
To change an existing user or add a new user in NetSuite, please contact the financials services administrators through a task in NetSuite. In order to make edits to an existing user or add a new user, the project leader must submit the request.
Can two project members use the same login for NetSuite?
No, two project members cannot use the same login for NetSuite. NetSuite requires two factor authentication to login which will prohibit project members from sharing accounts. NetSuite is based on licensed users and Community Partners' agreement with NetSuite states users are prohibited from sharing accounts.
Can the CP – Project Specific Authorized User be given to someone other than the Project Leader listed on the Community Partners agreement?
The Project Leader must be a "CP – Project Specific Authorized User." Your project can choose to also make the second user a "CP – Project Specific Authorized User." If your project pays for additional users, your project can choose to make those users "CP – Project Specific Authorized Users."
