Printing records from NetSuite, like Vendor Invoices, Purchase Orders, or Expense Reports, can be useful in several situations. This feature allows you to both physically print records, but also allows you to save them as PDFs. This can be useful for a number of reasons.

How to Print Transactions in NetSuite
- Locate the Record: Navigate to the specific record you want to print. Currently, the transaction records supported for 'print' are “Vendor Invoices,” “Purchase Orders,” and “Expense Reports.”

Use the Print Button: Once on the record page, look for the Print button at the top of the screen. It’s usually located near the other action buttons, such as Edit or More Actions.

Select Print or Save Options: Once you select the 'print' button a new tab will open with a preview of the printed record. From here you can either select the physical printer you want to use to print the record with, or you can choose to "Save" the record locally to your computer as a PDF.
Printing from NetSuite is a straightforward process that enables you to maintain hard copies and share key financial information efficiently.
